I would like to write a short note to all those thinking about buying and selling real estate in the South Okanagan, and  a thank you to our realtor Chad Wozniak from Remax, who helped us market and sell our property in Naramata recently. We are remote from the area and knew that if we wanted to get the job done that it would be best to hire someone with experience, integrity and calm disposition. With that we called several realtors. However, after a few calls back and forth to Chad, we knew who was the right man for the job. Not only was Chads market evaluation accurate, it brought on the number of qualified buyers that resulted in a sale. We found that Chad followed up and his communication skills were good, our direction was clear. Marketing was important to us and we felt Chad and his support staff hit all the marks.
